PNAS supports Open Access policy, as long as it is submitted by corresponding author of the subscribed institution. Once the journal is published and authorized to open access (Open Access), whom may receives a discounted price for article processing. For more details, please refer to the PNAS official website.
2. The library has introduced the "IEEE Database Open Access (OA) Submission System" for our school staff and students, which provide 20% discount on the article processing fee if your manuscripts are published. When applying for a discount, you need to fill in the school's ID 34916 to pass the certification. General subjects are handled by the library and those on specific ones will be referred to the related departments for evaluation and purchase.
