IEEE OA Publishing Support & Discounts
- For the year 2026, IEEE provides NCHU with APC waivers for 5 Full Open Access and 1 Hybrid Open Access articles. Eligibility for these waivers will be verified by the Library according to the chronological order of official acceptance by the publisher.
- Gold OA APC Flat Discount Rate USD$1,728。(Payment will be converted to TWD.)
- Hybrid OA APC Flat Discount Rate USD$2,240。(Exclusions：Color Figures Charges, Voluntary Page Charges, Overlength Page Charges)
- The corresponding author must be an affiliated member of National Chung Hsing University.。
- When submitting your manuscript, please select National Chung Hsing University in the "Institution" field.Please use an official NCHU domain email.
