Service Description 
To support our researchers in publishing in Open Access (OA) journals, increasing article visibility and academic impact, we provide APC (Article Processing Charge) discount schemes across various publishers.
Eligibility and Application Criteria 
- Eligible Authors: NCHU faculty, students, and affiliated personnel (must be the corresponding author).
- Registration: Use your NCHU email or select National Chung Hsing University as your institution during the submission process.
- After acceptance: Select the "Open Access" option for your publication license.
