For failed transactions or refund requests:

      2. Receive your refund directly online.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
Due to card-sensing limitations, EasyCard and iPASS do NOT support online refunds. Refunds for these two cards must still be processed in person. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
