8/14 Update: Student Self-Enrollment Guide (English) and Manual (Chinese)

To further enhance account security, Turnitin will introduce the following updates on August 12, 2026:
- All users (administrators, instructors, and students) will sign in to Turnitin through home.turnitin.com.
- Instructors and students will have the option to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). When enabled, users will verify their identity by entering a one-time verification code sent to their registered email address during sign-in.
- The Self-enrollment process for students will be streamlined to provide a simpler and more secure user experience.
These updates are intended to strengthen account security. For more details, please refer to the
official Turnitin Product Updates.
The Library will provide additional instructions and guidance once Turnitin releases further information.
