The deadline for the Procedures for Graduates Leaving School this semester is ​​FEBRUARY 13, 2026. (Important Timetable and Notice)

All thesis/dissertation are reviewed in accordance with proper order.

The library recommends submitting your e-thesis before JANUARY 30, 2026.

​Please submit your thesis/dissertation as soon as possible to ensure you can proceed to the next graduation procedure on time.

Starting from the 2025 academic year, graduate students must apply for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation before the oral examination.

Before the oral examination, please fill in the “NCHU Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation.” The application form requires signatures from the applicant and advisor, along with relevant supporting document(s).

During the oral examination, the form must be reviewed, confirmed, and signed by the oral examination committee members, and approved with the signature of the department/institute director and the official department/institute seal.
